# 4.2 Content Philosophy

VIBE content is written with the assumption that users are capable of thinking for themselves. The platform avoids simplified claims, rigid routines or one-size-fits-all solutions.

All material is science-informed, but not framed as medical guidance. Research, studies and expert perspectives are used to provide context and understanding rather than instructions or prescriptions. Where uncertainty exists, it is stated clearly.

The goal of the content layer is usability. Ideas are presented in a way that allows users to extract principles, test them in their own lives and decide what is relevant to them. No method is treated as mandatory, and no approach is positioned as the “correct” one.
